These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the rules of participation, selection, entry and conduct of the contest named “AI² Awards 2026” (“Event”) which is being organized by Associated Broadcasting Company Private Limited (TV9 Network) (“Organizer”) for which Event the screening and selection process, entry terms, and other Purpose as described hereinbelow shall be binding on each participant voluntarily taking part in the Event (“Participant”). Participation in the Event constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions, and disagreement or failure of acceptance of these Terms or any part thereof shall result in disqualification of the Participant from the Event.
- Eligibility
- This Event is open to all Indian citizens of 18 (eighteen) years of age or more residing in India (“Participant”). Minors are not allowed to participate in this Event.
- Each Participant must have in his/her possession valid and subsisting legal documents which are Government of India acceptable documents as proof of age, identity, nationality, etc such as Aadhaar Card and Permanent Account Number (‘PAN’). The Participant agrees that they will be required to submit all valid proofs of name / age / address / nationality / citizenship and/or any other document as may be required by the Organizer from time to time. Participants must submit their entry/work only if they satisfy the eligibility criteria as specified in these Terms.
- Each Participant must fulfil and undergo the conditions, terms and process as detailed under Clause 4.
- Acceptance
By accessing or using the Website (defined below) and/or any associated services in connection with the Event and by participating in the Event, the Participant hereby accepts and agrees to be bound by these Terms and other policies of the Organizer including the privacy policy as available at (“Privacy Policy”), including any amendments and modifications hereto. The Participant also specifically agrees to be bound by and be subject to the terms and conditions of the Website and Privacy Policy on which the Participant submits his/her Entry/Work.
The Participant must discontinue access to and use of the Website and/or associated services if, at any point, the Participant does not agree to or accept Terms, Privacy Policy and all of the terms and conditions set forth herein, which are subject to amendment from time to time. The Participant is strongly advised to read these Terms, Privacy Policy and all other terms and conditions carefully, as continued use of the Website or participation in the Event shall constitute clear, unequivocal, and binding consent to the Terms, Privacy Policy and all the terms and conditions contained herein. If the Participant does not agree to these Terms, they are not permitted to access the Website, submit an Entry/Work, or participate in the Event, and any such access or use shall be deemed unauthorized.
- Event Period
The Event shall be open for submissions from a period starting tentatively from 20th November, 2025 and tentatively ending on 31st January 2026 (“Event Period”). Any changes in the Event Period may be communicated to the Participants by posting the same on the Website.
Submission of Works (defined below) for various stages of the Event shall be opened at various timelines during the tenure of the Event, which shall be communicated to the Participants through the Website. The Participant hereby agrees that the last date for submission of the Works for the Event shall be as below:
Last Date of Submission: 31st January, 2026
In the event a submission of any Work is received after the above Last Date of Submission set out hereinabove, then such submissions of Works may not be accepted by the Organizer. However, Organizer reserves the right but not the obligation to consider such delayed submission for the Event or any related events/contests in the same or the following year, if applicable. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Organizer reserves the right to not organize the Event/s next year and reject/ not use such delayed submission. Organizer also reserves the right to change any deadlines/ Last Date of Submission and/or Event dates given herein, without prior notice to the Participant.
Phases & Timelines
- Phase I — Open Entries: Till January 31, 2026. Participants may submit multiple entries; only the latest submission before the deadline will be considered for evaluation.
- Phase II — Jury Shortlisting: February 2026 — Evaluation by a distinguished panel of filmmakers, creative leaders, and AI innovators.
- Phase III — Final Awards: Tentatively Top 6 finalists (3 per category) will be honoured at the News9 Global Summit. The number of winners may change depending upon the Jury.
- Process
The Participant must register through the website https://www.tv9x.com/awards/ai-to-creator/ and upload on the Website an audio visual content of such Duration (given below) and Description (given below) as applicable for the Category (as defined below) or as evidenced through online web link to such audio visual content on the Participant’s channel on the relevant social media platform (referred to as “Work(s)”), of which they are the sole and exclusive author and are the owner of all the intellectual property rights contained therein. It is hereby agreed that the Works shall contain additional deliverables as per the Category and Additional Notes (given below) from the Participants or if any additional deliverables are communicated to the Participants by the Organizer. - The Website may require the Participant to fill in a submission form asking for personal details of the Participant such as name, city, state, email, phone number, Aadhaar Card number, details regarding the Works, category of Work, etc.
- Each Participant shall be permitted to submit multiple entries of Works using the Website within both Categories (“Entry/ Entries”). Only the latest valid submission uploaded by the Participant prior to the Last Date of Submission will be considered for evaluation; earlier submissions by the same Participant shall be superseded. The Participant shall not upload the same Work multiple times as separate entries.
- Each Participant, who is a student at a college/institution, shall be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 100 (Indian Rupees One Hundred only) and each participant who is not a student at a college/institution, shall be required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 200 (Indian Rupees Two Hundred only), or such other amounts as may be determined and intimated by the Organizer from time to time via the Website and such payment shall be made by the payment mechanism as communicated by the Organizer from time to time via the Website (“Registration Fee”). The Participants who are students at a college / institution shall additionally be required to upload a valid and verifiable student identification card issued by their educational institution at the time of registration on the Website, and in the event the student identification card submitted by a Participant cannot be verified, such Entry shall be rejected and the Participant shall be disqualified from the Event. The Registration Fee shall be payable only once per Participant and shall not be levied again in cases where the Participant uploads revised or edited Entries. It is clarified and agreed by Participant that this Registration Fee is non-refundable in any case.
- Only Entries received through the Website shall be considered valid Entries. Any Entries received by the Organizer through any other means such as e-mails, social media posts, couriers etc., shall be subject to immediate disqualification and shall be deemed rejected.
- The Participant acknowledges and undertakes that the Entries and/or Works shall not contain any brands trademarks, logos or endorsements; license plates, phone numbers, or personal addresses – physical or email or otherwise; website or web page links; derogatory characterizations of any ethnic, racial, sexual, gender-identity, or religious groups, the humiliation of other people (publicly or otherwise), or any assault or threatening of others; conduct or activities or any materials in violation of the applicable laws of India and/or the Terms herein; or any other content, display, materials and/or images that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion. As an exception, for Brand films, the logo usage maybe allowed if the participant has taken prior permission from the brand.
- The Works submitted by the Participant shall at all times be original creative work that is not based on any other work, and the Participant hereby represents and warrants that the Participant is the sole and exclusive author and owner of all rights, title and interest in and to the Works including intellectual property rights, copyrights derivative rights, marketing and promotion rights, and other rights, and there are no third-party rights or claims associated with the same. The Participant must ensure that no part of the Works contain any content defamatory to any person and/or violative of the right of privacy or personality or publicity of any person. The Participant is prohibited from submitting any Works which infringes any third-party content shall be subject to immediate rejection by the Organizer. This shall be a material obligation of the Participant.
- All participants must upload and submit their Work to the Website in compliance with the format requirements and/or specifications provided by the Organizer herein and/or on the Website. Works submitted in any manner other than specified in the instructions above will be disqualified as per the discretion of the Organizer.
- All Entries shall be reviewed by a reviewing panel constituted by filmmakers, creative leaders, and AI innovators as selected by Organizer or competent persons it deems appropriate to adjudge the Works for which the Entries have been made by the Participants (“Review Panel”).

- The final determination of the shortlisted Participants and the application of the judging criteria shall be in the sole and absolute discretion of the Review Panel and Organizer. The Participant(s) shall not influence/object/hinder the evaluation or any other process nor dispute the declared results. Organizer’s decision and prerogative in regard to the selection and declaration of the shortlisted and/or winning Participant shall be final and binding.
- The evaluation shall be done based on certain criteria associated with the Works including but not limited to creativity, originality, storytelling, technical execution, and use of Artificial Intelligence, whereby, the criteria applicable may vary as per the discretion of the Organizer. Participants are required to declare the extent and nature of AI tools used in production; where AI usage is mandatory or required by Category, less than eighty percent (80%) AI-assisted creation may result in disqualification in the Organizer’s sole discretion.
- The Organizer reserves the right to extend the Event Period or to not select a shortlisted Participant if the Organizer so determines, in its sole and absolute discretion in the event the Entries received do not meet the minimum qualification standards based on the judging criteria.
- The Participant(s) hereby agree and acknowledge that Organizer shall have the right but not the obligation to use and/or adapt the Works/Entries and create an audio-visual content either independently or through/in collaboration with third-parties for promotional purposes.
- It is clarified that after submitting the Entry, in the event the Participant wishes to withdraw from the Event, he/she shall inform the Organizer in writing (emails permitted) and only after receiving a No Objection Certificate from the Organizer and signing a release form shall the Participant be permitted to leave the Event. For clarity, it is stipulated that during the Event Period the Participant understands that Organizer shall retain the option of buy-out the Works in the event it so desires, on a case-to-case basis.
- Event:
The selected tentatively top 6 Participants (3 for each Category) (“Winners”), as determined by the Organizer and the Review Panel in accordance with the evaluation process set out hereinabove in Clause 4 and as per the Terms, shall be duly honored and felicitated during the Final Awards Event scheduled at the “News9 Global Summit”, where the Winners shall be acknowledged and recognized for their outstanding creative contributions and it may be showcased as per the discretion of the Organizer.
Subsequent to the Event ceremony, if any sponsor or third party expresses an independent interest in acquiring, licensing, or commercially exploiting the Winning Work or its underlying concept, such engagement shall be negotiated solely between the Winner and such third party, and the Organizer shall not be a party to, nor liable for, any such transaction or arrangement.
- Exclusivity
Upon submission of the Work by the Participant as an Entry for the Event, the Participant hereby agrees that such Work shall be submitted on an exclusive basis to the Event. Accordingly, from the date of submission of the Work until the official announcement of the Winners and presentation of awards, the Participant shall not, without the prior written consent of the Organizer, publish, release, license, assign, distribute, exploit, or otherwise make available the Work, in whole or in part, in any manner or through any mode, medium or format whatsoever. Any breach of this exclusivity obligation may result in disqualification of the Entry and forfeiture of any prize or recognition.
- The Participant undertakes to sign any release forms or other relevant documents as required by the Organizer in relation to the Event.
- Participant submitting their Works, if required by the terms of the Event or otherwise shall strictly ensure the submitted Works comply with the following requirements:
- The Works are original, unproduced and authored solely by the Participant and the Works or any part thereof are not plagiarized or copied from third party works and are not in violation of any copyright, artistic and/or personal rights of any other person;
- The Participant has not in any way encumbered or disposed of nor shall the Participant encumber or dispose of any of the Rights and/or Works in any manner whatsoever in any part of the world;
- No illegal, obscene, blasphemous, racially inflammatory, defamatory material, materials(s) hurting the sentiments of religious group(s) is included in the Works, and the content of the Works complies with applicable laws and the Works were produced in compliance with applicable laws;
- Any other works, materials and/or images that is or could be considered inappropriate, unsuitable or offensive, as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion is not included in the Works;
- The Work does not contain any material that is subject to third party proprietary rights, unless the rightful owner of such material has granted permission for such upload / submission to the Participant and further permission to grant the Organizer all of the license rights granted herein.
- The Entry/ Works does not contain any confidential information or any other information relating to any third party that Participant are not authorized to disclose under contract or otherwise;
- The Participant is submitting the Entry on a voluntary and unsolicited basis.
- The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that, in its sole discretion, is determined to:

- include plagiarized or unoriginal content;
- violate any intellectual property or moral rights of a third party;
- use AI-generated material in a deceptive or misleading manner;
- involve less than eighty percent (80%) AI-assisted creation where such use is a mandatory requirement for the respective Category; or
- be defamatory, hateful, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit and integrity of the Event.
- As a condition of participation in the Event, the Participant agrees not to upload, submit, transmit, or otherwise provide any Works that:
- infringe any copyright, trademark, privacy right, publicity right, or any other proprietary or intellectual property right of any third party;
- are sexually explicit or promote sexual services;
- are defamatory, derogatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or invasive of another’s privacy, including bodily privacy;
- constitute harassment, abuse, or are threatening in nature;
- depict women in an inappropriate, objectifying, or derogatory manner;
- contain hateful, discriminatory, or inflammatory speech;
- promote, support, or glorify terrorist organizations or hate groups;
- contain instructions or information on assembling explosive or incendiary devices or improvised firearms;
- exploit or endanger minors in any manner;
- depict, promote, or encourage self-harm, suicide, or any form of harm to oneself or others;
- depict (1) unlawful acts of extreme violence, or (2) cruelty or extreme violence towards animals;
- contain or promote misinformation or misleading claims regarding (1) vaccination safety or (2) other health-related matters with the potential to cause public harm;
- are unlawful or violate any applicable law, regulation, or guideline in the jurisdiction from which the Event is entered;
- amount to advertising, surrogate advertising, or promotion of third-party platforms, services, or products, including without limitation, online gaming or betting applications or websites; or
- upload, post, transmit, or distribute any virus, malware, worm, spyware, trojan horse, or any other malicious code, file, or program intended to interfere with, disable, damage, hijack, or otherwise disrupt the functionality of the Platform or any hardware, software, or telecommunications equipment connected thereto.
The Participant shall at all times be responsible for obtaining any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use of the Works by the Organizer. Participants shall fully indemnify the Organizer against any from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) that Organizer may incur as a result of or arising from any and all third party actual or threatened claims relating to the Works.
- The Participant further represents and warrants that:
- He/ she is competent to contract and does not suffer from any disqualification or such other infirmity/disability which may cause the contract to be void or voidable at the option of the Participant.
- He/she is an adult and is entitled to enter into a valid agreement. The Participant acknowledges that he/she has voluntarily chosen at his/her free-will and own wish to submit the Works.
- He/she has all rights in and to the content of the Works and all components thereof, and that the Participant has obtained all rights, consents and permission necessary to grant to Organizer all rights arising and accruing from the Works;
- The Works do not and will not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation;
- He/she hereby waives all moral rights to the extent permissible under applicable law, in and to the Works with respect to Organizer’s use of the Works in any manner as the Organizer may deem fit;
- The Work is free and clear of any liens or claims with respect to the use of the Works in the manner authorized herein and it will not give rise to any claims of infringement, invasion of privacy or publicity or claims, or infringe on any rights or interests of any third party, or give rise to any claims for any payment whatsoever, including but not limited to claims for re-use fees, royalties or residuals.
- There are no threatened, pending or current claims, actions or lawsuits in connection with the Works and the Participant agrees to notify the Organizer immediately upon their notification of any such claims, actions or suits.
- The Participant shall not submit any Entry which is an adaptation, prequel, sequel, spin off of an existing and/or old film/ television character-based work and Organizer reserves its right to disqualify such Entry.
- The Participant represents and warrants that he/she does not have any criminal conviction or an arrangement or other contract that prevents the Participant from participating in the Event.
- The Participant on submission of the Entries shall waive any and all rights, title, and ownership in relation to the works submitted to the Organizer.
- The Participant shall not, at any time during the Event or after its completion make any defamatory, derogatory statements about Organizer, Event and/or its sponsors, business, employees, affiliates and/or any other person/ entity associated with Organizer.
- Neither the Participant’s execution of these Terms nor his/her participation of in the Event, including his/her submission of the Work, will conflict with or violate any term or condition of any other agreement to which the Participant is a party, including but not limited to any union regulation.
- The Participant understands and acknowledges that there may be other materials, works or ideas that are in public domain or are generic, or have been or will be submitted to Organizer by other persons, which may be wholly or partly similar or identical to the Works or any part thereof or may be independently developed or produced as separate works which could resemble the story and incorporate concepts, themes, formats, plot-lines, or characters similar to those in the Works submitted by the Participant with regards to that separate material being developed by the Organizer. The Participant acknowledges that Organizer shall have the right to use and exploit any such similar or identical materials, works and ideas, at any time and in any manner whatsoever. In such an event, the Participant shall not be entitled to claim or receive any consideration or compensation from Organizer for use of such similar or identical materials, works and ideas, and further shall not claim any rights in such similar or identical materials, to the maximum extent as permitted by law.
All communication with respect to the Event shall be done through the Website. The shortlisted participants and Winners of all the levels shall be informed of their short-listed status through the Website only. The Participants shall not contact the Organizer through any other means of communication at any point during the Event.
By participating in the Event, each Participant agrees that the Participant’s name, address, telephone numbers, e-mail identities or any other information as provided by the Participant (“Personal Information”) may be shared by Organizer with others associated with and/or assisting in organizing and administering Event, and to send to the Participants promotional information pertaining to the Organizer, in the future. Participant’s Personal Information will be subject to privacy policy of the Organizer provided on the Website.
The Participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Terms shall not in any way constitute or be deemed to constitute an obligation or an undertaking by Organizer to utilize the Works. Organizer shall not be liable to the Participant under any circumstances in respect of any claim for loss of opportunity, reputation on the part of the Participant to enhance its reputation. The Participant shall not be entitled to any damages or other relief by reason thereof nor in respect of any loss of publicity, advertisement, reputation or the like due to the Organizers abandonment of the Event or any project for which the Work is selected and nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as to impose upon Organizer any obligations to make use of the Winner’s Works.
Participants shall be solely responsible for any costs and expenses incurred towards submitting the Works and participation in the Event.
The Participant agrees that mere submission of the Works does not entitle the Participant to participate in the Event. Organizer reserves the sole and absolute right to disqualify Winner, Participant, or any person from his or her participation in the Event. Organizer reserves the right to select a new shortlisted participant or winner for the Event in any manner it deems fit, at its sole discretion.
Organizer assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line-failure, destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of the Works submitted by the Participant.
- Publicity and Rights to use the Attributes:
Participation in the Event constitutes each Participant’s express consent and authorization in favour of the Organizer, its affiliates, licensees, assigns, and promotional partners, to use, reproduce, publish, communicate to the public, and otherwise exploit, without limitation and on a worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free basis, the Participant’s name, image, photograph, video footage, voice, likeness, biographical information, and/or any other personal attributes, whether as part of the submitted Works or otherwise, in connection with:
- the Event, including its promotion, marketing, exhibition, and broadcast in any form or media (whether now known or later developed); and
- Organizer’s brand publicity, programming, and future editions or related events under the AI² Awards banner.
The Participant hereby expressly waives any and all rights to claim additional compensation, approval, or credit in relation to such uses and irrevocably waives any moral rights of attribution or integrity to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Confidentiality:
By accessing the Website, and participating in the Event, the Participant acknowledges that they may receive or have access to certain non-public, proprietary, or confidential information belonging to the Organizer or its affiliates, including but not limited to business strategies, technical data, product information, software, algorithms, internal documentation, and any other material marked or reasonably understood to be confidential (“Confidential Information”). The Participant agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all such Confidential Information with at least the same degree of care that they use to protect their own confidential information, but in no event less than a reasonable degree of care. The Participant agrees:
- not to disclose any Confidential Information to any third party without the prior written consent of the Organizer; and
- not to use the Confidential Information for any purpose other than for participation in the Event.
- Indemnity:
The Participant agrees to hold harmless and keep indemnified the Organizer, their agencies and their affiliates/subsidiaries/group companies, and judges, if any, of the Event against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) or causes of action (however named or described) with respect to or arising out of: (i) Participant’s participation in the Event; (ii) the content of the Works, (iii) the administration of the Event; (iv) breach of the Terms by the Participant in any manner. Participants hereby release, waive and discharge any and all claims of damage, loss or causes of action (including negligence) including but not limited to loss or damage to person or property which the Participant and his/her representatives or assignees may have, suffer or which may hereinafter accrue to the Participant or as a result of the Participant’s participation in the Event. Further, the Participant further agrees to indemnify the Organizer, their agencies and their affiliates/subsidiaries/group companies, and judges, if any, against any claims that might arise from his/her Works submitted to the Organizer while participating in the Event or due to any representations, misrepresentations or concealment of material facts by the Participant. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Participant hereby waives all claims against Organizer for any indirect, incidental, punitive, remote and consequential losses/ claims/damages.
- Ownership of copyright in Works of Participants:
Submission of any Works by a Participant does not, by itself, transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property in the Works to the Organizer. However, by submitting any Work(s) for participation in the Event, the Participant expressly grants the Organizer, on a royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, assignable, sublicensable license, the right to:
- store, access, review, evaluate, broadcast, communicate, edit, reproduce, exhibit, distribute, and display the submitted Works, in whole or in part, in connection with the organization, administration, marketing, promotion, and publicity of the Event;
- create clips, excerpts, montages, compilations, trailers, teasers, social media content, and derivative versions of the Works for use in relation to the Event, its future editions, and any related promotional, archival, or reporting purpose; and
- use the Participant’s name, likeness, image, and other identifying material in conjunction with such uses of the Works.
This license shall remain valid for an unlimited period unless withdrawn in writing by the Participant with the Organizer’s prior written consent, and such withdrawal shall not affect uses already made.
The Participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that:
- The Organizer’s use of the Works, including edited, excerpted, or promotional versions, shall not be deemed to infringe the Participant’s moral rights;
- The Organizer shall not be obligated to use, exhibit, or broadcast any Work; and
- The Participant shall have no claim for royalties, credit, or compensation for the Organizer’s permitted use of the Works under this license.
- Ownership of copyright in Winning Works of Winners:
Upon selection of any Participant as a Winner or recipient of an honorary mention, the Participant hereby irrevocably assigns, transfers, and conveys exclusively to the Organizer all rights, title, and interest, including all intellectual property and allied rights, in and to the Winning Work, for the entire world and in perpetuity, including without limitation:
- all copyrights, adaptation rights, derivative rights, and communication-to-public rights;
- the right to edit, adapt, dub, modify, reproduce, distribute, and exploit the Winning Work in any medium or format now known or hereafter developed; and
- the right to further assign, license, or sublicense the Winning Work to third parties.
This assignment is made for no additional consideration beyond the honor and recognition of the Award and constitutes a full and final transfer of ownership.
The Organizer shall be the first and exclusive owner of the Winning Work and shall have the unrestricted right to use or exploit it for any commercial, editorial, or promotional purpose without limitation.
The Participant expressly waives, to the fullest extent permissible by law, any moral rights or rights to claim authorship, integrity, or prior approval over any modifications made to the Winning Work.
The Parties further agree that the provisions of Sections 19(4), 19A, and 30A of the Copyright Act, 1957 (as amended) shall not apply to this assignment.
Honorary mentions shall be treated on the same terms as Winners with respect to assignment of rights and exclusivity.
- Limitation of Liability:
The Organizer is not and shall not be responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by the Participant, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Event; (2) technical failures of any kind, (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Entry process or the Event; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Event or the processing of Entries; or
any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant’s participation in the Event.
The Organizer shall not be liable to the Participant for:
- any loss of profit (whether direct or indirect); any loss of goodwill, business reputation, or loss of opportunity;
- any loss of data suffered by the Participant; any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages;
- the Participant’s inability to access or use the Event platform, website, or any part thereof; any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuation of the Event or access to submissions;
- any action taken against the Participant by a third party, including intellectual property claims related to the submitted Works;
- any errors, delays, or interruptions in the Event operation or submissions, including technical malfunctions;
- any conduct of third parties in relation to the Event, including other Participants or external reviewers.
- In any event, the total liability of the Organizer to the Participant shall not exceed INR 25,00,000 (Indian Rupees Twenty-Five Lakhs only), for any reason whatsoever.
The Participant understands that the Organizer does not, in any manner, screen Participants, inquire into their backgrounds, or verify their statements or conduct. The Facilitator makes no representations or warranties as to the conduct of any third party which has participated in the Event along with the Participant or the accuracy of any information provided by them. In no event shall the Organizer be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, or incidental, arising out of or relating to the conduct of the Participant or of any other person in connection with the Event, including, without limitation, bodily injury, emotional distress, or damages resulting from communications or meetings between Participants or persons they meet through the Event.
The Organizer shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any acts, omissions, representations, obligations, or liabilities arising from or relating to the Event, including but not limited to its postponement, cancellation, conduct, technical arrangements, third-party involvement, or any loss or damage suffered by the Participant in connection with the Event.
The Organizer does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the Participant or furnish any reason or explanation for inclusion and/or, exclusion of any particular submission or the Entry of a Participant at any stage of the Event.
- Disclaimer:
The event, website, and all associated services are provided on an "as-is" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. The organizer specifically disclaims any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade. The organizer takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for what the participant or any other user or third party posts or transmits or exhibits using the services and/or web portal or app. The limitations, exclusions, and disclaimers in this section apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. The organizer does not disclaim any warranty or other right that the organizer is prohibited from disclaiming under applicable law.
The organizer, and its team, directors, employees, agents, representatives, suppliers, partners and service providers do not warrant that: (a) the website, event, associated services will be secure or available at any particular time or location; (b) any defects or errors will be corrected; (c) any content or software available at or through the service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the website, event, associated services will meet the participant’s requirements. The participant’s use of the website, event, associated services is solely at the participant’s own risk. Some states/countries do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to the participant.
- Third Party Content, Advertisements and Services:
The Participant hereby agrees that the Organizer may place advertising and promotional content on the Website or in connection with the Event, including in or around any Works or other materials. The manner, mode, and extent of such advertising and promotions are subject to change without specific notice to the Participant. The Website may contain links to third-party advertisements, websites, services, offers, or other events and content that are not owned, operated, or controlled by the Organizer. The Organizer does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for any third-party advertisements, products, services, content, or materials. Access to or use of any third-party advertisement, website, or service by the Participant shall be entirely at the Participant’s own risk, and the Participant expressly agrees that the Organizer shall have no liability, direct or indirect, for any damage or loss arising from or relating to such use. The Organizer expressly disclaims any liability in connection with advertisements or third-party content displayed or made available through the Website or otherwise during the Event. The Organizer takes no responsibility for any products or services offered by advertisers, nor for any third-party material posted or linked on the Website. Any dealings or communications between the Participant and any advertiser are solely between the Participant and the advertiser, and the Participant agrees that the Organizer shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, claim, or dispute that may arise in connection therewith.
- Grievances:
Any concerns, complaints, or grievances related to the Content may be submitted to the Organizer at support@tv9x.com. The Grievance Officer is support@tv9x.com and may be contacted at support@tv9x.com (“Grievance Officer”). For any concerns, complaints, or grievances related to the Website or the Services associated with the Event, Participants are requested to contact the Grievance Officer directly. The Participant shall be required to furnish all relevant details while submitting a grievance, including but not limited to: full name, registered email ID, age, nature of the grievance, description of the issue, screenshots (if applicable), and Participant login ID and other submission-related details. Incomplete or vague submissions may not be processed.
- Miscellaneous:
- Organizer reserves the right to modify, amend or alter the Terms, Privacy Policy, rules governing the Event in its sole discretion without giving any prior notice. The updated Terms governing the Event will be published by Organizer at the same Website where the original Terms are published and Participant’s continued participation in the Event, access to the Website, or use of associated services will be considered as Participant’s continued acceptance. Organizer also reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend and/or discontinue the Event or any part thereof at any stage, or not utilize the Works, without assigning any reason and without giving any prior notice and without any liability.
- All interpretations of the Terms & Conditions by Organizer, and the Organizer’s decisions in relation thereto, shall be final and binding upon the Participant.
- The Participant hereby acknowledges that he/she has completely read and fully understood the above Terms and agree to abide and be bound by it and all information given by the Participant is true and correct and the Participant shall be responsible and liable to indemnify the Organizer against any loss/damage/claims etc. arising due to any misrepresentation or incomplete information provided by the Participant.
- If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid by any law or a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Organizer’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time and without notice, and it is the Participant’s responsibility to review these Terms for any changes. The Participant’s use of the Website following any amendment of these Terms will signify its assent to and acceptance of its revised terms.
- Nothing herein shall be deemed to create a partnership, agency or an employer-employee relationship between the Participant and Organizer.
- The terms and conditions shall be governed, interpreted by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the Courts of Mumbai, India shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any suit or other proceeding arising out of or based upon this terms and conditions.
