These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), which shall be over and above the existing terms of use (available on (TV9X.com/terms_conditions.html.) and Privacy Policy (available on TV9X.com/privacy_policy.html.) (“Privacy Policy”), forms a legally binding agreement between any person, organization or firm, natural or legal who participates in the Contest (“You”, “Your”, “Participant” or “User”) and Associated Broadcasting Company Private Limited, having its registered office at _First Floor, H. No. 8-2-337/G&G-1, Road No. 3, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad - 500034, Telangana, India (hereinafter referred to as “ABCPL / TV9 Network)

TV9 Network has conceptualized, developed, and launched the experiential engagement platform known as TV9X, which showcases, organizes, and operates multiple activities, events, workshops, scouting programs, training modules, and community interactions across India (“Experiences”). TV9X will be operated by TV9 Network through various digital, broadcast, and on-ground touchpoints.

The details of the Experiences offered at any given time shall be made available on the official TV9X website and associated communication channels published by TV9 Network.

These Terms govern every individual’s participation in any Experience hosted under TV9X.

  • Participation & Scope

    The primary objective of TV9X is to create meaningful real-world engagement opportunities for Participants across categories, including but not limited to sports, education, leadership, creativity, entrepreneurship, culture, soft skills development, and community-building.

    TV9X may include:
    • On-ground activities conducted in selected cities, schools, academies, institutions, and public venues.
    • Digital experiences, online sessions, training videos, and informational content available on the TV9X website.
    • Limited-time or periodic contests, challenges, scouting initiatives, or recognition programs.

    Certain Experiences or benefits may only be available in selected regions and not across India.

  • Platform Operation
    • TV9X shall be operated through. By registering, accessing, or participating in any Experience, users agree they have entered into an agreement with TV9 Network.
    • Some Experiences may be recorded, televised, streamed, or broadcast at the sole discretion of TV9 Network.
    • Physical participation may be subject to venue capacity, safety guidelines, and other operational constraints.
  • Participants & Registration

    Any person meeting the eligibility criteria of a given Experience and registering through any of the following methods shall be considered a Participant:

    • Online registration on the TV9X platform
    • Providing details to authorized TV9X representatives
    • Participation via promotional partner links
    • Registration via QR codes, SMS, WhatsApp, or IVR opt-in
    • Any other communication form published by TV9 Network

    Participants must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. TV9 Network reserves the right to verify such information and request supporting documents.

  • Eligibility Requirements

    Eligibility may vary by Experience. TV9 Network may specify:

    • Required age group(s)
    • Residency or citizenship requirements
    • Educational affiliation (e.g., school/academy enrollment)
    • Skill criteria or screening procedures

    Participation by Minors: Where a Participant is under 18, participation shall be deemed to have occurred with the full consent and knowledge of the parent/guardian, who must also undertake all responsibilities associated with the minor’s participation.

    TV9 Network may request:
    • Age proof
    • School/Institution ID proof
    • Government ID proof
    • Parent/Guardian identification and contact details

    Failure to provide proof upon request may result in disqualification.

  • Fees & Payments (If Applicable)

    Some Experiences may require Participants to pay a registration fee. Where applicable, the fee, amount, and payment links shall be clearly mentioned in the Experience-specific details.

    Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all participation fees are non-refundable.

    Any errors or disputes related to payments shall be handled directly with the payment gateway operator. TV9 Network shall not be responsible for delays, technical failures, or transactional errors.

  • Experience Benefits

    Benefits offered under an Experience (such as training sessions, workshops, merchandise, certificates, etc.) shall vary by activity and availability.

    Benefits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be availed only by the registered Participant.

    TV9 Network does not guarantee any outcome, award, employment, selection, ranking, or future opportunity as a result of participation.

  • Intellectual Property

    All materials, logos, designs, videos, presentations, resources, training modules, and any other content shared as part of TV9X are the exclusive intellectual property of TV9 Network or its licensors.

    Participants shall not:
    • Copy
    • Reproduce
    • Modify
    • Share
    • Sell
    • Distribute

    any material without prior written permission from TV9 Network.

  • Media Release & Publicity Consent

    By registering, each Participant (and parent/guardian where applicable) irrevocably consents to the recording, photography, filming, or capture of their participation in any Experience.

    TV9 Network reserves the right to:
    • Publish
    • Broadcast
    • Exhibit
    • Share
    • Digitally distribute
    • Publicize

    participant images, videos, voice recordings, testimonials, performance footage, and identifiable information across media platforms including television, web, print, social media, and promotional campaigns without any compensation to the Participant.

    This consent is global, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, and applied to all media formats now known or devised in future.

  • Data Collection, Use & Privacy

    Participants shall be required to share personal information including (but not limited to):

    • Name
    • Date of Birth / Age
    • Address / Location
    • School / Institution / Organization (if applicable)
    • Parent/Guardian Name (for minors)
    • Contact Numbers & Email ID
    This information will be used for:
    • Verification & eligibility screening
    • Communication regarding Experiences
    • Sending promotional or engagement-based updates
    • Operational execution of TV9X activities
    • Internal analytics & campaign improvement
    TV9 Network may share data with:
    • Affiliated group companies
    • Experience partners and consultants
    • Technology and service providers (including those outside India)

  • Limitation of Liability

    Participants agree that TV9 Network and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:

    • Personal injury or property damage arising from participation
    • Technical errors including network failure, device issues, login problems
    • Delays, cancellations, postponements, or modifications of Experiences
    • Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, regulatory changes

    Participation is voluntary and undertaken at the Participant’s own risk.

  • Modification, Suspension & Termination

    TV9 Network reserves the right to:

    • Modify these Terms
    • Change Experience details
    • Suspend or terminate any Experience
    • Disqualify any Participant violating the rules

    Such decisions shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained.

  • Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

    Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

  • USER REPRESENTATIONS

    You hereby represent and/or warrant the following:

    • You are of required age and have full power and absolute authority to accept these Terms, which shall form a binding agreement between you and Company;
    • You have all necessary licenses, authorizations, consents, releases, etc. in relation unrestricted distribution and/or promotions of the User Content;
    • You represent and warrant to us that the User Content you provide to the Company is either not subject to copyright or any other proprietary rights or that you have all necessary permissions, clearances, and authorizations to provide the User Content to Company and to grant us all of the rights that you grant to us under these Terms. While we’re not required to do so, we may access, review, screen, and delete your User Content at any time and for any reason, including if we think your User Content violates these Terms, or other policies of the Company;
    • You will use the Services and/or participate in the experiences always in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws;
    • The User Content is an original and does not infringe any intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark of any third party;
    • The User Content does not contain any material which may be defamatory, obscene, derogatory, against the sovereignty of any nation, invades privacy or any other rights of any person;
    • You hereby grant the Company a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty free license to use the User Content in any and all forms, formats or media without any formal permission and that the Company shall have a right to reproduce the same at its sole discretion. You further represent and warrant that You have all rights to grant such license to the Company without infringement or violation of any third-party rights, including without limitation, any privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights;
    • You will provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and you will not provide false information about yourself (including, without limitation, when you are being asked by the Company to provide accurate information about your age), and you shall not impersonate or appear to impersonate anyone else or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
    • You will abide by all copyright notices, information, and restrictions contained in or associated with the Contest and/or Company;
    • You will not do anything that is likely to adversely affect or reflect negatively upon or harm the goodwill or reputation of the Company or any of its affiliates or group companies, or the Contest, or any of the content running or being promoted by the Company;
    • You agree that the Company shall be under no liability whatsoever to you in the event of non-availability of the Prizes and/or Contest or any portion thereof occasioned by a force majeure event including an act of God, war, disease, revolution, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, satellite failure, failure of any public utility, man-made disaster, satellite failure or any other cause whatsoever beyond the control of the Company.
  • INDEMNITY

    You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, employees and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising due to any reasons attributable to the Participant including due to breach of any of Participant’s obligations, representations and/or warranties under this Terms including without limitation any violation of laws, misconduct, or infringement of third party rights, statements and/or posts, and/or any claim relating to the User Content and/or participation of the Participant in the experiences. This indemnity shall survive the termination of the engagement hereunder.
